The work behind the work

Two decades of operational leadership across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organizations taught Kinga this: the divide between intention and execution is structural, not motivational.

She has worked across IPOs, M&As, and rapid technological shifts. Despite evolving tools and AI advancements, one consistent challenge remained: organizational structures failed to connect intention with actual outcomes. The core issue was never inadequate tools. It was the structural framework receiving them.

Through Execute Your Intentions, Kinga helps founders, CEOs, and leadership teams make assumptions, ownership, authority, and risk explicit before misalignment compounds.
